KoKo’s Vietnamese Kitchen
The owners of KoKo’s came to Rangel Construction in January of 2024, looking for leadership to help plan and build their new Vietnamese restaurant. The project involved designing and constructing a new commercial kitchen including grease trap, hood and makeup air equipment, chemical dishwasher, and cooking equipment. Our team of subcontractors and qualified tradesmen worked together onsite to ensure that all equipment was laid out and coordinated properly during construction. Our project management staff worked with the South Dakota Department of Health to make sure their requirements were met, and that the owners had all the proper licenses and registrations. The new restaurant opened on October 8th, 2024.
