Project Summary
After working on a custom home in the Apple Springs development outside of Sturgis, Rangel Construction was contacted by 11th Fairway Condominium Partners LLC in November 2021 to negotiate the building of an upscale condominium complex adjacent to the Boulder Canyon Golf Club. Through the spring of 2022 Rangel worked closely with the clients using value engineering to arrive at an agreeable budget for the project. Six condominium units were constructed, encompassing 1800 sq ft of floor space per unit. Each condo featured two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 12-ft ceilings, a large living room and kitchen area, quartz countertops, fireplaces with stone overlay, and covered patios with beautiful views of the golf course and surrounding hills. Construction began in June 2022, and despite weather delays due to the subsequent harsh winter, the condos were completed in early August 2023 in time for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. The clients were very happy with the end result, and continue to work with Rangel Construction on other developments in the Apple Springs community.
