Rangel receives contract for federal complex
Archway Development Company of Colorado, after a competitive selection process, has contracted with Rangel Construction for the remodel and addition of a new federal complex in Rapid City.
The project includes 15,000 square feet of interior space remodeling, a 2,900 sq. ft. new addition, parking lot repairs, and exterior grading to improve water-shed. Rangel will be working closely with Archway and the U.S. General Services Administration for the successful construction of this project, with work expected to begin in mid-July and a prospective completion date of December 31, 2018.
